International Character
Our activities reach well beyond Austrian borders. We advise and support our Austrian clients in their engagements abroad, particularly in the European Union, Southeastern Europe and in the United States of America. We enforce their rights in national and international proceedings (the latter in close cooperation with our corresponding attorneys admitted to practice in the respective jurisdictions) as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings.
Finally, we are considered the premier contact for foreign enterprises intending to gain a foothold in Austria and/or southeastern Europe or carrying out proceedings before national courts and authorities.
